• Payment schedules: Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. Late payments trigger lockouts or fee penalties.
• Access hours: 24/7

Restrictions
Prohibited Items

• Dangerous goods: Explosives, flammable liquids, chemicals, and toxic waste.
• Living things: Animals, plants, or any perishable food that attracts pests. Illegal property: Stolen goods, unauthorized firearms, or illegal substances.
• High-risk valuables: Cash, securities, fine art, or rare jewelry unless explicitly insured and declared

Security and Liability

• Customer lock: You must supply your own secure padlock.
• Risk and insurance: Goods are stored at your own risk; facilities usually require you to hold independent insurance.
• Default rights: If you break terms or stop paying, the facility holds the legal right to seize, dispose of, or sell your stored property

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
STORAGE365 not liable for: Loss or damage caused by events beyond our control Damage resulting from improper packing or prohibited items Business interruption or indirect losses Customers are encouraged to arrange appropriate insurance for stored belongings.
